While I’ve been less successful selling my philosophy to colleagues, I have reaped success in implementing it in my own ventures.

Wade I agree with you. I would add if you ask most employees are you in customer service most would say no and refer you to a department. I believe everyone is in Customer Service. Those who don’t provide quality customer service will be the cause of a company losing customers. Keeping a customer is always easier and less expensive than gaining a new customer.
