Learn app development on Saturday at iPhone + Mobile Camp
A new BarCamp-style event hits Birmingham this weekend. The iPhone + Mobile Camp Birmingham 2009 gives developers and other interested parties a chance to learn, teach and share information and techniques on one of the fastest growing platforms, the phone.
On the agenda:
- application development;
- iPhone 3.0;
- development tools;
- advertising and marketing;
- and everything about developing and selling applications.
The sessions will be along two tracks:
- iPhone and iPod Touch;
- all mobiles, especially Google Android, Windows Mobile, Palm Pre and Blackberry.
In this “unconference” setting, attendees can sign up to sit in on sessions, or lead them, too.
It takes place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at DAXCO, a Birmingham software company [map]. The cost is free, but donations are encouraged.
